3 in the a.m. 

Starting the 2 a days small hoping to get to minimum 5 in the a.m. and 5 in p.m. and then building again from there! 

 

8 in the p.m. was struggling this afternoon. Ran some errands and then tried as hard as I could for the rest of time but it did not go well, core class right after the run.

3 this a.m. The goal for these a.m. miles is slow and recovery, however when I am on the track my body just feels like it should be running fast!
