Mankato Marathon this morning with emaurine. The goals for this race were very small since this is our first year of teaching and we have not been able to train very well. We completed every goal that we set! Have fun- check, relax-check, break 4:30:00 check.

Race was cold this morning (Perfect!) Today was a patience practice day for me. Running with the wife is always fun and we checked off her second state! Winds were suppose to be under 10 but were over twenty so I got to be the person she drafted behind, but we stuck together and had very even splits. Finished in our trademark fashion of holding hands and got the traditional responses of aww, and they are so cute! Overall an enjoyable weekend and we both are ready to train hard for the spring marathon and set some big PR'S!!
