5.25 with emaurine today. Nice run, the reason I include the extra quarter is she tried to break me with a surge at the end!

Since two Saturdays ago now haven't done anything of distance but have ran every day so hopefully can keep up running every day but start to build up some mileage as well.

Found a new loop with the majority of the run on soft surfaces. Took it pretty slow today
