Found out last night that I was going on a 20 mile bike ride with my wife and another couple tonight so we only did three this morning and got in a good stretch. On the run we discussed marathon goals and paces we both feel that we should have big PRs! Twenty mile bike ride was fine, I was by far the slowest, the other couple was invited to join the us cycling team. Plus I had a mountain bike which is just a whole lot slower than road bikes. But my wife looked great and had tons of fun so it was worth it even with how sore my buttox is. |
