Fartlek day, Legs were very sore today from body pump and all of the squats and lunges. So I did five minute warm up first two minutes were so slow!!!) and then 15 minutes of 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, making sure the off was not too slow. It turned out that it was not bad timing since I finished a minute from home, so I sprinted home then did a little cool down. Now Olympics and Ice Cream! |
