3 miles with the JV team. They have a meet tomorrow night so we did not want to work them too hard today. By the time we got back the two varsity runners had not started their speed work so I joined in with them. 200-30 400-67 600- 1:47 800- 2:40 600- 1:50 400- 68 200-32 Cooldown of 2 miles and some stretching. The legs responded pretty well after Saturday's race and the 7 hour car ride yesterday.
