Tried a track workout this afternoon 2 warmup Goal was 12x400 all under 80 seconds @ 3 sets of 4 with 200m jog recovery between each 400 and 2min rest between sets 1st was at 82 uhoh...not a great start 2-4 were at 77,78,77 Felt really sluggish after 4, not alot of energy but figured I would try the next set. 5-8 went 78,79,77,78 Tried to finish the fourth set but after the first 400 (81) I had nothing so to finish the 3miles of speed I did 6 200's 37,34,37,38,38,39 Overall, yes I did get the 3 speed in but not as fast as I wanted and not in the form that I wanted (all 400's) Cooldown 2miles |
