Finally ran again, part being busy, tired, and mostly warmer weather making me want to golf more. My wife emaurine got me going this morning and we ran 2 miles at a decent clip. Hopefully this run starts me training again.
Just another two mile run today. Once again I have my wife to thank for getting me out there. Perfect weather today mid 50's.
Two miles to the Y tonight for my wife's classes. I did 13 miles on the bike in her cycling class and then she kicked my butt in resistance training.
