Treadmill miles today. Warmed up and then tried for 2x3miles at bq pace. Got the first rep in just fine 21minutes. But then the long week took its toll on me and I had to do 3x1 miles with only goal under 7. 6:50, 6:40, 6:20 after that last one I feel like I should have dug deeper and did the second repeat but oh well still decent workout. |
