1 mile warmup

20x400 with 100m jog recovery. Goal was all reps sub 1:30. ended up locking at 1:25 pace for most part and just really feeling "comfortable" at that pace. Only rep 5, 15, and 17 were slow and those were when I was not focused. Some validation that I was working hard tonight was my 20th I tried to go as fast as I could and went 1:20 showing my legs were tired and that I was not dogging it. I did not time my 100 recovery splits but if they were 35 seconds then that makes a neat little 40 minute 10k! Overall very happy with this workout.

Great workout man! It's fun when you find a pace that just flat works for a workout. That'll be a nice one to absorb going into the weekend.

Looks like you've been hitting some fast paced workouts. Should be a good race for you!
