Seeing how I got winded just running to the parking lot yesterday I figured it was time to start training again. This morning I woke up and ran three miles. Humid and windy but good to get back out there

Another three miles today, almost no wind for the first time in a while made the run even warmer!

Speed workout this afternoon, weather was low 80s so not too hot. One mile warmup two mile repeats, 5:55 and 5:50 with one mile cooldown. IM OUT OF SHAPE! Mile race in mid july that i will be trying to break 4:50 at, gotta long ways to go.
