Run with track team today, good to have some others to run with. I had to leave early and not get the full seven in that they were running. A high schooler referenced the run as an "honest" pace today about 6:40s probably.

That's awesome you've got some people to run with. NICE pace. Your mileage has been lookin' pretty darn good lately. Keep it up! When's your next race again?

Thanx! Next Saturday we are doing a 10k. Then marathon may 5. Hoping 10k can help me set my goals for what kinda pace to be gunning for in marathon.

Good call on the 10k. I think it'll give you a good idea for what you can pull for a pace in the marathon.

I was hoping to find a half somewhere around late March / early April to do the same thing with. Can't really find anything though. These May marathons are showing up pretty quick!
